Welcome to CBSETest.com (the “Service”), operated by Bimal Publications. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
CBSETest.com provides free, CBSE / NCERT-aligned lessons, practice tests, learning games and an AI study assistant (“Vidya”) for students of Classes 1–12. All learning content is offered free of charge.
2. Who may use it
The Service is intended for school students, and for parents and teachers supporting them. If you are a minor, you should use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you register.
4. AI tutor (Vidya) and fair use
Vidya is an AI assistant intended to help you understand concepts and practise — it is a study aid, not a substitute for your teacher, and its answers may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. To keep the Service free and available to everyone, AI usage is limited (currently 5 questions per day per user). We may change these limits at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service;
- use the Service to cheat in examinations or violate your school’s rules;
- copy or redistribute our content for commercial purposes;
- upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.
6. Intellectual property
The lessons, design, and software are owned by Bimal Publications or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the content for your own personal, non-commercial learning. “CBSE” and “NCERT” are trademarks of their respective owners; see the disclaimer below.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content is error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Your exam results depend on many factors beyond this Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bimal Publications will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
